Due to the limited size of our hotel, cancellations affect us significantly.

A last-minute cancellation leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

If reservation is cancelled between 7 and 3 days before date of arrival there will be a full night’s charge.

If reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival a minimum of two nights stay will be charged.

If reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival the full amount of stay will be charged.

If reservation is cancelled during your stay the full original reservation shall be charged.


FESTIVE SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY

Throughout the Festive Season, we shall not accept cancellations for reservations made at the hotel between the 20th December and the 3rd Januaruy after the 30th November. Should your reservation be cancelled full payment must be forthcoming.

EASTER CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that during the Easter Period, cancellation of bookings made between the 15th April and the 30th April 2011, will not be accepted unless the cancellation is made prior to the 1st April 2011. Should cancellation be made after this date, full payment will be forthcoming.

Any refunds made via credit card will be subject to 5% administration fee.
