Our very own Chef Kevin Bonello, will be collaborating with Chef Kazunori Otowa, Owner and Chef at Relais & Chateaux property, Restaurant Otowa. Using typical Mediterranean ingredients, with Japanese culinary skill, the two have come up with an idyllic gastronomic feast!
The Chefs have designed a six-course menu, truly enticing the palate. By using local ingredients injected with Japanese flare, they have really found the soul within each of their dishes, while highlighting them to perfection with their combined skills.
