Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited size of our hotel, cancellations affect us significantly. A last-minute cancellation leaves us little chance of filling the reserved space. For these reasons, we uphold a strict cancellation policy.

STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY

If reservation is cancelled between 7 and 3 days before date of arrival there will be a full night’s charge.
If reservation is cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival a minimum of two nights stay will be charged.
If reservation is cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival the full amount of stay will be charged.
If reservation is cancelled during your stay the full original reservation shall be charged.

FESTIVE SEASON CANCELLATION POLICY

May we inform you that as this is the Festive Season, we shall not accept cancellations for reservations at the hotel between the 20th December and the 3rd Januaruy after the 30th November and should your reservation be cancelled full payment MUST be forthcoming.

EASTER CANCELLATION POLICY

Any refunds made via credit card will be subject to 5% administration fee.
