Masterclass with our Executive Chef

 

Have you ever wanted to turn out really sumptous, jaw-dropping food? This is a cooking class that will teach you to impress!

Learn to cook a genuine, gourmet, three-course meal in the company of the Executive Chef of the award-winning de Mondion Restaurant in Mdina, the old Medieval capital of Malta.

Kevin Bonello has been working with The Xara Palace Relais & Châteaux since he came on as Executive Chef at the tender age of 23, seven  years ago, having earned himself a considerable reputation in the local catering scene.  His quest to improve himself has led him to rub shoulders as an active trainee with food gurus such as Marco Pierre White, Charlie Trotter, Eric Fréchon, Norbert Niederkofler and Raymond Blanc. 

The course takes place over three hours beginning with croissants, biscuits and coffee and a brief introduction.  Lunch preparation will follow and the final outcome will be shared over Premium Wine.

The price per person is € 100.00 incl VAT and includes recipe handouts, coffee and biscuits during the welcome meeting and half a bottle of local red or white premium wine. Maximum of six persons.
